    1. The 2-Minute Rule – Commit to just 2 minutes of a task (e.g., "I’ll write for 2 minutes"). Often, you’ll keep going.  

    2. Focus on Starting – Don’t worry about finishing. Just show up.  

    3. Embrace Discomfort – Growth happens outside the "I feel like it" zone.  

    Example: Don’t feel like working out? Put on your shoes. That’s it. Often, the rest follows.
